With over 15,000 followers on his Instagram page (and upwards of 2000 likes per post) bachirm has definitely gained a solid fanbase, and it’s easy to see why. Displaying remarkable creativity and innovation, this photographer has captured breathtaking overhead shots of Dubai through the use of drones.

His photo Concrete Jungle has gained recognition (and praise) from a panel of experts — including Ken Geiger, Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer for National Geographic and Jean-Pierre Vrignaud, Editor-in-Chief of both France’s National Geographic and Dronestagram (a website dedicated to sharing drone photography) — earning him the 1st place prize in the urban category of Dronestagram’s 4th annual International Drone Photography Contest.
