We’ve posted about different people who do insane stunts like parkour or base jumping from the top of the tallest buildings here in Dubai. Now, here’s a clip of Alain Robert, who is called the “French Spiderman”, as he climbs the tallest building in the world. The Burj Khalifa, standing at 2,722 feet, took 6 hrs. and 30 minutes for Alain to accomplish this crazy task. We’ll know how he managed to scale this humongous tower and let’s check how he felt with that kind of experience.
This guy can certainly climb, after all, he’s not called a spiderman for nothing. We could say that this is his passion as he started climbing at a very young age. In the interview, he said that he’d be up for climbing the next highest building- IT IS the current highest building- for now. It was a serious statement and that comeback was good, he then said that Dubai’s been innovative and is pretty sure that there will be competitors to surpass the stature of Burj Khalifa. Check out the clip below.

It must be very tiring for Alain to ascend to the top. Imagine spending 6 hours with all those strength, perseverance and mindset – I mean, your life is at risk here, that’s basically the one thing you’d have in mind if you were on his place. Even the people commented that he can do it but later on, were not so sure. But I trust in his confidence, just by looking at him, it’s clear that he’s meant for this kind of sport.
There’s just a lot of things going on in this wonderful city. From people who venture to Dubai just to have fun, some want to have adventure and some to fulfill their goals similar to the superlatives the city is known for.
