Resident families across the UAE can apply for a free Fazaa discount membership under a nationwide initiative launched for the Year of the Family 2026, in cooperation with the UAE Ministry of Family.
The membership is open to families with at least one child residing in the UAE. Registration is free and available throughout 2026. The membership remains valid through the year and expires at the end of the Year of the Family.
What the Membership Covers
Free members gain access to Fazaa’s full network of discounts and offers, including:
- Retail and shopping — discounts at more than 34,000 outlets inside and outside the UAE
- Food and consumer products — deals on more than 28,000 items through Fazaa Stores
- Travel and hotels — special rates across more than 500,000 properties worldwide through Fazaa Places
- Entertainment — up to 70% off selected tickets and experiences through the Fazaa app
Who Can Apply
Either the husband or wife may submit the application, but only one Family membership is issued per household.
Families who already hold another active Fazaa membership can still apply. Both memberships can remain active at the same time. Approved memberships are normally issued within 72 working hours.
How to Register
Families can apply through the official Fazaa website at www.fazaa.ae. Applicants will need to provide personal details and supporting documents, including their Emirates ID.
A dedicated support team is available through the Fazaa contact center to assist with registration and activation of digital membership cards.
Only use official Fazaa channels to apply. Do not register through third-party links or pay any fee — the membership is completely free.
For expat families managing household expenses and monthly remittances, access to discounts across grocery, travel, dining, and entertainment can meaningfully reduce the cost of everyday living throughout the year.
